About

Healthcare shaped the questions I ask.

I am interested in the gap between a sensible idea and the operating reality required to make it useful.

I did not begin with frameworks. I began with referrals, scheduling, patient questions, diagnostic reports, billing discrepancies and the small breakdowns that can slow an otherwise straightforward care process.

Life sciences taught me to ask what the evidence supports. Healthcare operations taught me to notice where a system actually gets stuck. Management training added finance, research, strategy and project planning. Strategy became interesting to me because I had already seen how much the answer depends on execution.

That is the work I want to keep doing: understanding a problem closely enough to make a recommendation that can survive contact with the real system.

Beyond work

Visual thinking has a place here, too.

Digital art, apparel design and a small online shop gave me another place to experiment with visual communication, iteration and customer perspective.
