The problem
The service was clinically clear but commercially hard to parse. Family physicians, cardiologists, lab owners and clinics considering onsite services all needed different answers, yet the business had to feel like one coherent brand.
What I owned
I led positioning, information architecture, service language, visual direction and the website build, while translating the business’s operating history into clearer partner pathways and client-facing materials.
The rebuild
The work moved from “what do we do?” to “who is this for, what decision are they making, and what do they need next?” That structure informed the site, requisition materials, business cards and service messaging.
The principle
In healthcare, digital communication is part of the workflow. A strong page should reduce the cognitive load on a busy clinic—not add another layer of explanation.
