An apparel brand, end to end

A small e-commerce business that made pricing, positioning, fulfilment and customer experience tangible—not theoretical.

The business

I ran an independent illustration and print-on-demand apparel shop while studying and working.

What I owned

Product concepts, illustration, visual design, pricing, listing copy, photography, customer questions, fulfilment coordination and the operational details that determine whether the customer experience matches the promise.

What it taught me

A price is not a spreadsheet cell when a real customer either buys or leaves. A brand promise is not copy when you have to fulfil it yourself. Small-scale commerce made commercial trade-offs immediate.

Why it matters now

It reinforced the part of my professional style that is hard to teach: I like owning the full path from idea to customer, not only one isolated step in the middle.
